Experience one of the most famous centres of France with A Night In Bordeaux, a menu and matching wine list expertly curated to ensure full French immersion.
We begin with canapés: ratatouille tartelettes, beef tartare en croûte with Avruga caviar, and Hokkaido scallops with peas, paired with a vibrant Brut Tradition.
Cured New Zealand king salmon follows, with avocado purée, horseradish cream, and house-made blinis, alongside elegant Bordeaux Blanc and Chardonnay.
The menu deepens with crispy-skin spatchcock over warm lentils with chorizo and herbs, matched with expressive reds, before reaching its centre in braised beef cheeks with buttery mash and red wine jus, paired with classic Bordeaux wines of depth and structure.
To finish, a warm pear and frangipane tart with coffee caramel and vanilla ice cream, served with a delicately sweet Bordeaux. One of Sydney’s most impressive desserts.
