Delve into the world of celebrity culinary whims with this menu created by the very man who whipped up these delights for these fabulous famous people: Chef Jeff Schroeter.
Joining him as co-host and guest chef will be the talented, witty Ed Halmagyi – aka TV personality ‘Fast Ed’ from TV show ‘Better Homes and Gardens’ and multi-Logie winner - who has his own history with Jeff working together at Chicane decades ago… and some salacious stories.
When the great, late Queen Elizabeth II craved something sweet, what did Chef Jeff whip up? When Madonna was craving a particular something, it was Jeff she flew out to the Philippe Starck-designed Delano Hotel in Miami to cook for her private birthday – what did Jeff cook for her? What was it that Anna Wintour indulged in at her monthly dinner parties? Oh, and you’ll never guess what Karl Lagerfeld’s favourite treat was. Jeff knows… and you will too!
Chef Jeff will recreate the dishes celebrities loved in his tell-all culinary tribute to the stars, having spent time working in New York’s Royalton Hotel in the height of its heyday in the 1990s (it was dubbed ‘Club Condé’ - the playground of the crème de le crème of Condé Nast, including Graydon Carter).
Halmagyi will be regaling his own memorable celebrity meals with incredible back stories, and recreating one of the many dishes he has made for notable personalities.
In the spirit of those heady days, this celebrity dinner will be delicious - and a little over the top! Beckett’s Private Wine Cellar will transform into the playground of the rich and famous for one truly fabulous evening.

The prix fixe menu includes five celebrity-endorsed courses* with matched wines (non-alcoholic optional) and are $175 pp for Clubhouse members ($195 pp for non-members).
