This is the truffle event you’ve been waiting for! Beckett’s is proud to celebrate the ultimate food lover’s coveted ingredient – truffles!  

For our July Clubhouse event, we have a one-off and FIRST TIME IN SYDNEY five-course truffle dinner, prepared by chef Jeff Schroeter with truffles supplied by Orange’s award-winning Borrodell Estate. Jeff will curate a menu solely designed to bring out the absolute best of the state’s best ‘black diamonds’. Borrodell’s Luisa Machielse will be joining us as our guest speaker.

Borrodell is as famous for its brilliant cold climate wines as they are for its orchard and trufferie. Their truffles come from the oldest truffle oak trees on the mainland and their master truffle hunter, Teneka Priestly, uses trained rescue dogs to guide the hunt. 

Join us for this truly exceptional event that is perfect for the truffle aficionado and novice alike.

This is the first event in our ‘Town & Country Series’, which sees guest chefs and the best of regional Australia showcased at Beckett’s.

Tickets include five stunning truffle courses with matched wines (non-alcoholic optional) and are $230 pp Clubhouse members ($250 pp for non-members) and includes Jeff’s legendary $100 truffle potato.
