What was Madonna craving when she flew Jeff to the Philippe Starck designed Delano Hotel, Miami to cook for her private birthday? Find out when chef Jeff recreates the dishes that celebrities loved in his tell-all culinary tribute to the stars!

Jeff spent time working in New York’s Royalton Hotel in the height of its heyday in the 90s (dubbed Club Condé because the top Condé Nast people like Graydon Carter, used it as their playground). In the spirit of those giddy days, this celebrity dinner will be delicious and a little bit over the top! Beckett’s Private Wine Cellar will transform into the playground of the rich and famous for one fabulous evening.

Tickets include five stunning celebrity-endorsed courses with matched wines (non-alcoholic optional) and are $200 pp Clubhouse members ($230 pp for non-members).
