Thank you ma'am, for everything.

We are truly saddened by the passing of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II here at Beckett's, especially Chef Jeff who had the honour of cooking for Her Majesty while at London’s The Savoy, back in the day – clearly remembering her favourite dish being Peach Melba.

Our September Club House event on Thursday 22nd September now coincides with The National Day of Mourning (public holiday) for Queen Elizabeth II but we wish to confirm with our valued customers and guests that our scheduled event for the evening will be proceeding as planned after a day of reflection for all.

We will be showing our respect and gratitude for Her Majesty's lifetime of grace, dignity and selfless service with a special toast and observe a minutes silence at the commencement of the evening.

We look forward to seeing you all.

Chef & Owner, Jeff Schroeter together with his wife Jules Vargiu and Co-Owner Wendy Beckett

Join us for a ‘duck-adent’ evening this September!

For our third ‘Town & Country’ clubhouse event, Beckett’s Chef, Jeff Schroeter has envisioned and crafted a five-course menu celebrating the versatility of this brilliant game bird on what will truly be a memorable night for any discerning duck aficionado!

Farmer and co-host for the evening, Tathra Place Free Range Farm owner, Luke Winder, will share with guests his passion for his regenerative agricultural farm, the animals that call it home and his strong sensibilities towards the delicious benefits of consuming nutrient dense, pasture raised produce.

This one-night-only event is a must if you want to truly appreciate this elegant, classic, and venerated game staple in all its glory, the Maremma Free Range Duck, (who get their name from their guardian animals, Maremma dogs), ethically grown in the Southern Highlands, NSW.
